THE PROCESS
It's a simple process! Send me your ideas, images, photos, etc to mcduffie.art@gmail.com. I'll do a painting sketch of our ideas, next we finalize it together, then you sign off on the sketch and away I paint! All costs of painting materials are included. Note: Paintings do not ship framed. Commissions will not be reimbursed if buyer decides to cancel after artwork is finished. Shipping insurance will be applied so if it gets damaged in shipping you will have the insurance.
Acrylic Paintings
Regular sizes: 9"x12", 12"x16", 16"x20", 18"x24", 12"x24", 20"x24", 24"x30", 24"x36", 20"x40", 24"x40", 36"x48".
Price: Square inch x $1.42 = cost + $25 sketch
For instance, a painting 16" x 24" = 320 sq in. x $1.42 = $454.40 + $25 for the sketch.
Total cost is $479.40 shipped :-)
There are extra fees If you decide to make changes after sighing off sketch, if you want the piece framed, etc. Just email or call me and we will talk :-)
Oil Paintings

Price: Square inch x $1.60 = cost + $25 sketch
For instance, a painting 16" x 24" = 320 sq in. x $1.60 = $512 + $25 for the sketch.
Total cost is $537 shipped :-)

Custom Sized Canvases
Custom sized canvas, as in, 2" Gallery wrapped, or irregular sized canvas.
Price: Acrylic painting: Square inch x $1.70 = cost plus $25 sketch
Price: Oil painting: Square inch x $1.90 = cost plus $25 sketch
Mural Pricing - Exterior or Interior!
Pricing for murals depends on the size, surface to be painted, porous or textured surface, indoors or outdoors, and level of detail. More detail = more time = more $.
Painting up high
I absolutely love painting BIG! I'll work indoors or outside. I work on scaffolds, scissor lifts and boom lifts all the time!
Base Price: $25-$100 for sketch plus the square foot multiplied by $25.00 sq.ft. = Cost.
Example: 10' x 10' = 100 sq. ft. x $25.00 = $2,500 + the sketch price.
Note: If scaffolding is needed, hotel stay, etc. obviously that would cost according. Thank you for understanding :-)
